1. What we sell

IGPlugins sells software usage licenses (plugins) for AutoCAD and Revit, delivered as a digital file (.lsp/.fas) and activated with a unique license key generated after payment.

2. Price and payment

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included where applicable. Payment is processed through PayPal (card or PayPal account); IGPlugins does not store or have access to your full card details.

3. Delivery and activation

After payment, a license key is generated instantly, sent by email, and activated by running the corresponding command inside AutoCAD. Each key activates on a single device unless the product states otherwise.

4. Right of withdrawal

Because this is digital content delivered and activated immediately after payment, and in line with EU consumer regulations, by completing the purchase you expressly agree to lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the license has been activated. If something doesn't work as described, contact us by email before activating the license: it will be resolved on a case-by-case basis.

5. Support and warranty

Support is provided by email (contact form) and covers plugin malfunctions relative to what is described in its product sheet. It does not cover incompatibilities with unsupported configurations or custom customization.

6. Data we process

To process your purchase we handle: your email (to send you the license and respond to support), the license identifier, and a fingerprint of the device where it's activated (to enforce the activation limit). Payment is processed by PayPal under its own privacy policy. Emails are sent via Resend. Data is stored in a database managed by Cloudflare.

7. Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by writing to the contact email. We do not share your data with third parties except providers strictly necessary to deliver the service (PayPal, Resend, Cloudflare).
